Game Rules

We want you to engage with others and get as much as possible from the conference. We want you to have fun. And we will reward everyone who takes an active part in the gamification. The rules are simple:

  • There are 15 tasks described at the back of your badge.

  • Complete tasks to get robo-stickers. The order doesn't matter.

  • Collect 8 stickers to get a prize from the Merch Desk.

  • Collect 10 stickers to take part in a free ticket lottery for the next RoboCon 2026! The lottery takes place at the end of the 2nd day (Feb 14th). There is one ticket to be drawn.

  • Collect all 15 stickers to get a bonus! Hurry up, the supply is limited.

  • The rewards for 8 and 10 stickers are not mutually exclusive.

Task Details

1-7. SPONSOR TASKS

Check out our Sponsors' booths, ask them for a game, and they will give you more details. They have their own exciting tasks and will give you the stickers for completing them.

8. VOTE ON A LIGHTNING TALK, OR SUBMIT ONE, OR VOTE FOR A PANEL DISCUSSION.

In the Gridaly App, add a reaction for a submitted lightning talk (or Panel Discussion). Or submit one that you'd like to present. You can find the Lightning Talks in the side menu. Show the proof at the merch desk to get your sticker! (the actuall voting will be done on stage at the end of the first day)

9. TAKE A PIC AT THE PHOTO WALL

Take a picture at our Photo Wall. Show the photo at the merch desk to get your sticker

10. POST WITH #ROBOCON HASHTAG ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Post something with a #robocon hashtag on social media (e.g. Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Show the post at the Merch Desk to get your sticker.

11. FILL OUT THE COMMUNITY SURVEY

Fill out the Community Survey that can be found at robocon.io/cs or in the mobile app under Community Survey from side-menu. At the end of the survey, there is a password you need to share at the Merch Desk. The survey takes around 10-15 min.

12. DECODE A SECRET MESSAGE FROM THE VIDEO ADS

Decode a secret message from the video adverts that are played between the talks or after the breaks in the main conference hall. Tell the secret message at the Merch Desk, but don't share it with others. Let them have some fun :)

13. GET THE BADGE "QR HUNT" IN THE GRIDALY APP

Scan QR codes that are hidden all around the venue. See the Achievements menu item for details for this Badge. Show the badge at the merch desk to get your sticker!

14. Find 2 people with the same interests and take photo.

Find 2 other people that have the same interests as you (as indicated by the glowing bracelets) and take a photo together. Show the photo at the merch desk to get your sticker!

15. FIND YOUR CONSTELLATION FRIEND

Find a person that has the same constellation on their badge as you have and take them to the Merch Desk. Each of you gets a sticker!
